1- محلول گلوکز آماده شده توسط پرسنل آزمایشگاه را بطور کامل بنوشید (50 گرم گلوکز در یک لیوان آب).
2- پس از یک ساعت از نوشیدن محلول گلوکز، نمونه خون شما گرفته شده و میزان قند خون تعیین میگردد.
